King's Feast - Q&A
Q: "Are you taking King's Feast reservations?"
A: We'll begin taking reservations starting April 15th at 8:00am through the online portal for General seating and VIP bookings. Visit TRF Ticketing Portal by ETix. Or leave a message on our reservation line at 800-224-0761 and we'll call you back during the week (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm) to assist you and your booking needs.
Q: "Does gate/festival admission tickets come with our reservation?"
A: Festival admission (gate entry tickets) only come with 1574 Founder's Club VIP package. When reserving general seating tickets, please make sure you also purchase festival admission tickets for the same date as your King's Feast reservation. Tickets can be purchased from the Texas Renaissance Festival website.
Q: "Will you bring back the Traveler's Feast Picnic this year?"
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to continue the picnic option due to the strain on the royal kitchens. We'll still offer delicious menu selections at our taverns; the Prince of Wales, the Wonky Wally, and the Sea Devil Tavern!
Q: "Are children allowed?"
A: We have no age limit, however the show is rated PG-13 and may be quite loud for little ears!
Q: "Do you have booster seats or high chairs for children?"
A: Sorry, we do not have any boosters or high chairs for children. Our seating is 'bench style' and does not accommodate for secured seating apparatuses.
Q: "Are children free to attend?"
A: Children 12 months an under are free. All others will require a ticket to be purchased.
Q: "How much does a child ticket cost?"
A: We do not have different pricing for ages, we sell by the seat only, either general seating or VIP seating.
Q: "How can I upgrade to a VIP package?"
A: VIP seating is limited each day. You will need to contact our concierge desk to make reservations for the 1574 Founder's Club package. See details here.
Q: "Will you have any 2021 or 2022 mugs to sell?"
A: Please come to our gift shoppe located in the front of the King's Feast to see our stock of previous years tankards!
Q: "Can I book a group?"
A: Indeed. For group rates and events please contact our reservation desk at 800-224-0761 once our office opens up for the 2023 season. We're open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm Central Time starting Monday, April 17th.
Q: "What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?"
A: Please let your server know of your dietary restrictions when you are seated and they will be sure to accommodate as best as possible during the show.
